Unfortunately, we tend to live in a way that draws attention to ourselves -- our cars, our clothes, our careers, our position, our cleverness, our success. And when life is all about us, it's hard for people to see Jesus in us. Jesus saved us to be reflections of HIS glory (Rom.8:29), but when we live for ourselves, our shadow gets cast on the canvas of HIS presence in us.
When the believers in Corinth were feeling too full of themselves, Paul warned them "that no flesh should glory [boast] in HIS presence" (1 Cor. 1:29), and reminded them of what Jeremiah said, "He who glorifies, let him glorify in the Lord." (v.31; Jer. 9:24
Think of your life as a canvas on which a picture is being painted. What would you rather have people see: the masterpiece of the presence of Jesus or the shadow of your own profile?? Don't get in the way of a great painting in progress. Live to let others see Jesus in you.

BRAT BOYS BEYOND (the remake of BOF/MG??)
oh men! yesterday, i 've read a lot of online articles about the filipino adaptation of Meteor Garden/Hana Yori Dango/ Boys over Flowers that will be aired on ABS-CBN, one of the biggest network stations here in the Philippines.. although this was not still published to the public, there are a lot of rumors and articles coming out since last year.. i've read that the official actress that will portray the role of Shan Chai of MG, Tsukushi Makino of HYD and Jandi of BOF would be Sarah Geronimo.. Sarah Geronimo is a multi-platinum singer, sold-out concerts, box- office queen and a purely humble beautiful actress of this generation.. well for me, she definitely fits the role because based on the movies and television series that she did, she can deliver the lines naturally.. some say it should be Maja Salvador who is also a very talented actress and a very good dancer.. hands-down ako ky maja when it comes to her acting skills and dancing abilities but if you will let me choose among the two, i would choose Sarah.. The rumored actors that will portray the role of the famous F4 were said to be those fresh and new faces in the entertainment industry.. They were Nico Ibaviosa as Dao Ming Si/Domyoji/Junpyo, Andre Endique as Xi Men/Shojirou/Yi Jeong , Eduard Duallo as Lei/Rui/Ji Hoo, Chase Rivera as Mei Zuo/Akira/ Woo Bin.. According to the video that i watched on Youtube, the University that was chosen to be the venue will be the Enduren College located in Taguig City.. I've seen the facilities that they had and i can say that it really suits the former universities that were used.. it looks elegant and very beautiful..
well.. i dunno if this is true or not.. but whether its true or not, i just hope that they will be able to give justice on it.. so that the show will not receive any negative comments/feedbacks. The other adaptations was really good and they did a great job..i just hope this remake will also do a great job.. ^^,
according to the online articles that i've read, this will be aired by 2011.. still not sure.. hahaha..

Freedom should PREVAIL!
This is my interpretation for the song BULAG,PIPI AT BINGI by Freddie Aguilar. My professor in Filipino 101 wanted us to express our feelings about the song through our drawings. She also wanted to know our thoughts. The song was composed during the Martial Law. For me, the song tries to tell us that we should wake-up, face the reality and dont let those people who has all the power and authority to control our lives. We should fight for our freedom and our rights as a filipino. The bleeding heart reperesents the heart of our country. It is bleeding and full of scars because of all the painful things he experienced. The only thing we can do to heal the wounds of our country is to choose the best leader that will fit the position and be wise enough to know what is right from what is wrong. We can achieve the freedom we've been longing ever since if we will be united as one for one purpose. And that is to let the people know how important it is to to continue the journey of our lives. Disney Princess as their Villain
Bagooom!! what if those princesses become the villains??.. Who would be the best villain? They are so damn pretty to be villains.. hahaha.. what do you think?? XD
07-Ghost
Teito Klein is a former slave sent to attend the Barsburg Empire's military academy due to his ability to use Zaiphon, a type of supernatural power. The ability is rare, and thus highly prized. Teito is an amnesiac (someone will be unable to recall events that occurred before the development of amnesia) and doesn't remember anything of his past, but he has recurring and often traumatizing dreams in which he sees a grand church or castle and a man he feels
he may know.After a year at the academy, Teito takes the graduation exam; it is notoriously difficult with the average pass rate of one in twenty-five and rumor has it that candidates died in the exam. The night before Teito and his best (and only) friend, Mikage, take theexam, they swear they will never abandon each other when the other needs help. The next day, Teito is delivering papers to a professor when he overhears his name. He stops to listen and realizes that the speaker, a man named Ayanami, is the person who killed the man he sees in his dreams, who is his father, the king of the destroyed Raggs Kingdom. Teito is found eavesdropping and tries to attack his father's murderer, but is quickly brought down by one of Ayanami's subordinates and sent to prison. Mikage comes to help him escape, only to find that Teito has managed to fight past the guards by himself. The two flee the building, but are cornered on a balcony. Teito pretends to hold Mikage hostage, threatening to kill him if the guards pursue him, and tries to escape when Ayanami sends a Zaiphon attack after him, which Teito manages to partly deflect. A Bishop in the nearby 7th District takes the injured Teito to the church to recuperate. Because of the law of sanctuary, as long as Teito stays in the church the army cannot enter the place, hence cannot arrest him.
In fact Teito carries the Eye of Mikhail, a powerful talisman that his home country, the Raggs Kingdom, was ransacked for. The tragic death of a loved one catapults him into his quest for revenge against the Barsburg Empire and knowledge about his past, while he becomes entangled with the Gods, Verloren, and the 7 Ghosts.His best friend's fate spurs Teito into trying to master the Bascule — a powerful weapon that can harness and focus his innate power. Friends become enemies and rivals become allies as Teito begins to fulfill his destiny, and protect his fallen country from the minions of his former masters.
Who are the 07-Ghosts and Verlolem?
According to a centuries-old myth, the God of Death Verloren committed a crime (of killing the chief of heavens' daughter) in the heavens and was forced to escape to the earth. As a result, the hearts of people were invaded by this evil god and they slipped into despair. Lamenting over their suffering, the Chief of the Heavens dispatched seven heavenly lights in order topunish the evil Verloren. Called "The Seven Ghosts", they are said to have sealed the detestable Verloren on this earth and are the guardians of the Empire. Mothers tell their children that if they're naughty, the Seven Ghosts will come to take them away. Since Verloren has been sealed away, his messengers, the Kor, find and contact humans to bring them under his influence. If a contract is made, a mark appears on the person's chest. This is known as Verloren's curse, and indicates one's heart being eaten by darkness. The 07-Ghosts work is to fight against Verloren and his curse and try to stop contracts from being fulfilled. Only the Bishops can remove Verloren's curse, in a complicated ceremony.Wars are Kor that grant 3 wishes. Warsfeil are people who can control Wars. In the anime, these words follow German pronunciation rules ("Vars" with a short a).
The 07-Ghosts are humans with such extraordinary Zaiphon abilities that they are considered to be blessed by God. Each of the 07-Ghosts has died. Frau, Castor, Labrador, Fia Kreuz, and Lance have been revealed to be Ghosts thus far; all should have the mark of their Ghost on their hand. The Ghosts' names are Zehel, Fest, Profe, Randkalt, Rilect, Ea, and Vertrag. Each of the Ghosts has a specific power : Zehel cuts a person's ties with misfortune, Fest binds souls together, Profe is capable of foresight, and so on. Their names, when written with kanji, give clues to this power. It is also mentioned in the manga that 07-Ghost are actually made from fragments of Verloren by the Chief of heaven.
Although Verloren had been sealed away in Pandora's Box for over 1000 years, his soul is freed once again begins to invade the hearts of men.
